Bhutan Travel Mantra is the culmination of Kinley’s decade-long journey as a tour leader in Bhutan. His foundational commitment to exceptional customer service defines our company’s ethos.
Inspired by a traveler who saw his unique gift, Kinley founded this company to deliver travel that is both authentic and transformative. As a hands-on leader, he personally oversees each trip, ensuring that every guest receives a profoundly life-enriching experience, crafted with the insight that can only come from deep, personal connection to the Last Himalayan Kingdom.
Sonam Choden
General Manager
Sonam brings a strong operational background to her role as General Manager, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration and prior experience with the renowned 5-star hotel, Taj Tashi. She now applies her meticulous eye for detail to overseeing all logistics, reservations, and travel permits for Bhutan Travel Mantra.
Sonam firmly believes that a seamless journey is built on perfecting the smallest details. Her greatest satisfaction comes from knowing her behind-the-scenes work ensures our clients can fully immerse themselves in the joy of discovering Bhutan.
Phuntsho Wangmo
Head, Accounts
Phuntsho brings a strong financial background and years of valuable experience to her role as Accounts Manager at Bhutan Travel Mantra. After completing her degree in Commerce in India, she honed her skills across several organizations before joining our team.
Phuntsho expertly manages our financial operations, including bill processing, pro-forma invoice preparation, government tax filings, and the submission of detailed financial reports and analysis. Her meticulous approach ensures the financial integrity and smooth operation of our company.
Dorji Pelzang
